These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Hi Juno platform ("Service"), operated by MechBlocks Corp.
Program Description
Hi Juno is a business assistant platform that sends operational alerts and task reminders to authorized staff members of subscribed businesses via SMS and other channels.
SMS Notifications
By providing a phone number to their employer for use with Hi Juno, staff members consent to receive operational SMS alerts from Hi Juno on behalf of their employer. These messages may include task reminders, deadline alerts, and business workflow notifications.
- Message frequency: Varies based on business activity. Typically 1-10 messages per week per user.
- Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

No Marketing Messages
Hi Juno does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages. All messages are operational in nature and sent on behalf of the subscribed business.
Limitation of Liability
The Hi Juno Service is provided "as is." MechBlocks Corp is not liable for any missed notifications or business losses resulting from service interruptions.
